Solicitor represents injured rail crash pair

Two women from Boston in the United States who suffered injury in an underground train accident have instructed a personal injury solicitor firm to claim damages.

One of the train accident claimants suffered a broken pelvis in the two-train collision, while the other, a pregnant woman, broke her wrist and has strong concerns about the development of her unborn child. Both are receiving ongoing medical treatment.

Specialist rail crash investigators said that more than 62 people suffered injury in the incident.

The driver named in the train accident claim has already pleaded not guilty to gross negligence. There are reports that he was using his mobile telephone to send text messages at the time of the crash.

Solicitors representing the two train accident claimants have said that they will seek "ample compensation".
