Workers win compensation for tennis elbow

A personal injury solicitor from one of the UK's leading no win, no fee claim legal firms has helped four workers from a coffee manufacturing plant secure work injury compensation for the tennis elbow they each developed as a result of working in a Staffordshire factory.

It is understood that the personal injury solicitor secured a compensation claim payout of £11,000 for one man and of £4,000 for another.

The sizes of the accident at work compensation claim payouts awarded to each of the other two workers remains undisclosed.

The personal injury solicitor who represented the four men said that the coffee maker had ‘clearly breached Workplace Regulations which has led to the injuries suffered by these four employees.'
