Quiet end to compensation bid

A Scottish personal injury solicitor has helped a man who suffered a serious neck injury in a car accident obtain personal injury compensation.

The car accident occurred in September of 2006 as the Dundee-born man was returning to Scotland from a motoring holiday in continental Europe.

He was on the A99 when an overtaking small goods van clipped the rear of his Honda Civic. After spending four days in hospital receiving treatment for a neck injury, broken ribs and bruises he decided to contact a firm of personal injury solicitors.

The sum of car accident compensation the Dundee man has received remains undisclosed.

His personal injury solicitor managed to obtain the compensation in an out-of-court settlement.
