No win, no fee specialists have secured compensation for a commercial vehicle driver who suffered crush injury to his finger when it got slammed by a defective van door.
The Scottish man had been delivering bread buns for a popular fast food chain at the time of the incident. His no win, no fee specialist presented a report to the relevant insurance company detailing how the claimant needed to be cut free by emergency services; it also provided evidence of the extent of the injury sustained.
"[The claimant] was a victim of his employer's inability to ensure it provided safe working conditions for its employee. All vehicles should have been part of a thorough inspection programme to pick up potential faults like this," commented the man's accident compensation lawyer.
The no win, no fee work injury claim was for settled out of court for £7,000.
