A 42-year-old office worker from Southampton has successfully made a no win, no fee compensation claim for car accident injury damages following an August 2006 smash which left him with a severe whiplash injury.
Details of his no win, no fee compensation claim writ were served by his personal injury solicitor as early as November of 2006. However, because of a dispute over liability with the at-fault driver's insurers, resolution of the whiplash injury claim was delayed until all parties were able to negotiate an out-of-court settlement.
Eventually, witness statements confirming the no win, no fee compensation claimant's version of events swayed the whiplash injury claim in his favour.
A press release from the firm of no win, no fee solicitors employed by the claimant confirmed his award of compensation award as being worth £4,900.
