A 35-year-old Belfast man has died after a work accident at the recycling plant where he worked.
The father of one died from severe crush injuries after a mobile conveyor belt fell on top of him.
The company, which is owned by the dead man's brother, is being investigated by the Health and Safety Executive which will be checking the working practices and the state of the machinery being used at the plant.
The company specialises in recycling plastic, turning it into "quality products".
The man who died was described by his brother as a "much-loved husband and loving daddy".
Once the results of the Health and Safety Executive's findings have been published, liability for the work accident can be determined.
It has not been reported if his family are likely to make a work accident compensation claim against the company for the man's death.
