In the latest in a long line of work accidents and personal injuries, a 58 year-old farm worker is recovering in hospital after his legs were crushed under a JCB.
The grandfather-of-two has racked up more than 30 injuries, including 15 broken bones caused by accidents that include falling over a potato, and cracking his head open by tripping over a cat.
His latest work-related injury has left him with two broken ankles after his JCB lurched forwards while he was tending to the cattle feed. Despite his legs being badly twisted in the accident, the farmer should be back up on his feet in 6 months time.
The County Durham man admitted he was "accident prone" but said it was important to "keep bouncing back when these things happen."
While he is off his feet the farmer is at least unlikely to suffer any more work accidents.
