In essence, no win no fee means exactly what it says. In other words, even if you happen to lose your compensation claim, you will not have to pay us a penny in fees or costs. Who can apply for no win no fee?
The majority of personal injury claims can be made on a no win no fee basis (the main exception to this being medical negligence claims).
