No win no fee

The term “ no win no fee” has become something of a byword in the personal injury industry, but it can offer real benefits to anyone wishing to pursue a claim for compensation.

What does no win no fee mean?
In essence, no win no fee means exactly what it says. In other words, even if you happen to lose your compensation claim, you will not have to pay us a penny in fees or costs. This means that there is no financial risk so, whatever the circumstances of your accident, fear of potential monetary repercussions will not add to your worries.

Who can apply for no win no fee?
The majority of personal injury claims can be made on a no win no fee basis (the main exception to this being medical negligence claims). This is particularly beneficial for clients who might not otherwise be able to afford to bring a compensation claim. We will not carry out a means test or look into your financial background, the only details we require relate to the circumstances of your accident compensation case. No win no fee is available to anyone, regardless of their financial standing.

If I don’t have to pay if I lose, will I have to pay if I win?
Absolutely not. Under no win no fee, when you win your case you’ll be able to keep every penny of whatever compensation the Court awards you. We can recover our fees from the losing side and their insurance company, so you’ll be able to use your money entirely for the purpose that that it was intended for – getting life back on track.

What sort of claims is no win no fee available for?
However you were hurt, whether in a car accident or an accident at work, we can act on your behalf on a no win no fee basis. Provided that you received your injury within the last three years and the circumstances were not your fault, then we are happy to offer you a no win no fee arrangement.
