In the majority of minor cases which are straightforward in their nature, it is possible to conduct your claim by phone, letter and/or email. However, should you prefer to discuss things face to face, we are more than happy to arrange a visit to you at home or whilst you are in hospital.

In cases of a more serious nature, we would always prefer to meet with you personally. Many of our clients appreciate the opportunity to talk things through in person and it gives us the opportunity to get to know you and understand fully how you have been affected by the accident and injuries. This can then help us to ensure that you get the very best personal injury compensation, treatment and rehabilitation.
